Usage Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026 · Effective: September 6, 2026
This policy sets the rules for using Rarvis. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone and every feature.
1. Basic principles
Use Rarvis lawfully, honestly, and with respect for others’ rights. We interpret the rules below in that spirit — the list is not exhaustive, and conduct against these principles is equally out of bounds.
2. Prohibited uses
When using the Services, you must not:
- Illegal activity and harm: do or assist anything unlawful; generate or spread content involving violence, terrorism, or child sexual exploitation.
- Harming others’ rights: violate privacy, reputation, or intellectual property; collect personal data without consent.
- Impersonation and deception: impersonate people or organizations, fake provenance, or generate deliberately misleading content.
- Academic misconduct: contract cheating; fabricating or falsifying research data or results; passing off AI output as your own work where integrity rules apply — journals, degrees, exams.
- Malware and network abuse: create malicious code; probe or access systems without authorization.
- Platform abuse: jailbreaking, prompt injection, or otherwise attacking safety mechanisms; circumventing technical limits or metering; automated abuse or scraping; reselling the Services.
3. High-stakes uses
Outputs touching medicine, law, finance, or similar fields must be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on them. Do not use Outputs to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people. Verify facts and citations before publishing research.
4. Upstream model policies
Rarvis orchestrates models from multiple providers; each provider’s usage policies also apply to the models they serve.
5. Enforcement and reporting
Violations are handled under the Terms of Service — warnings, feature limits, suspension, or termination. To report a violation, use the in-product ticket or email contact@rarvis.ai.
