What deployment options are available?
The managed cloud is the default and takes minutes to set up. Enterprise adds dedicated-VPC and on-premises deployment — compute and storage stay in your environment, and we support installation and upgrades.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Tasks, files, and results are never used for training. Zero data retention mode is available, and every access is recorded in audit logs you can review at any time.
Which SSO and SCIM providers are supported?
We support SAML / OIDC sign-in with major identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and more). Admins can enforce SSO, disable local passwords, and provision or deprovision accounts over SCIM.
What can administrators control?
Admins configure model access, member roles and permissions, and usage limits at both team and individual level from one console. Every configuration change is written to the audit log.
How do we track adoption and usage across the team?
The console provides usage views at both team and member level — task volume, delivered files, and activity trends. Data can be exported into your existing analytics stack.
How is Enterprise billed?
Same principle as the personal plan: membership dues convert one-to-one into credits, metered at official list prices, with us covering most of the bill. Enterprise packages seats and credits, with annual contracts available.
Can we migrate from personal accounts to a team workspace?
Yes. Task history, delivered files, and citation libraries all carry over. We assist with the migration so in-flight work is never disrupted.
What support and response times should we expect?
Enterprise customers get a dedicated support channel with responses within 24 hours on business days; stricter SLAs are available for private deployments.
